Dear Sirs
Please will you tell me how and when to file a complaint about Riverside Family Practice? I have tried to write to the practice manager, but the response does not appear to me helpful. Via the NHS website I asked this surgery,

Dear Olivia Fisher
Please will you tell me if you will accept and determine a written complaint about the surgery withholding medicine from me? May I please point out that while your surgery is withholding medicine, which is unpleasant, your staff have no need to add insults to the injuries they are inflicting? Should I receive no properly written and signed response withing five working days, I will take this to be your admission that as a poor and disabled victim of the Freemason religion, I do not qualify for fair, decent or honest treatment from the staff at Riverside Family Practice in Burnley. Yours sincerely T Moore |

Dear Olivia Fisher
I refer to your undated letter that I received 20 May 2026. In common with others abusing me on behalf of Freemasonry, you do not identify the letters of mine to which you are apparently responding. One would hope for a much better service from a surgery that is supposed to be helping all its patients. Your surgery and its staff made its Masonic hatred for me more than obvious when responding to my request, inter alia, of 24 April 2026, please will you make available to me the response or responses to the e-RS Letter about me dated 20 April 2026, with obfuscation. When I asked, 3 May 2026, to be excused the requirement to attend your surgery in person, you sent me an appointment to attend in person. I am suffering from hypertension, obesity and numerous sleep disorders. This is a toxic combination, but you do nothing, even withholding my most recent four-weekly prescription, which your staff claim they cannot send direct to a pharmacy and that I must collect it in person. It’s not very likely. Worse, I notice you do not include my prospective complaints in my notes, presumably because there is far too much truth in my observations, and your doctors are ready to confirm the cause of my death with Natural Causes. As usual for Freemason Flying Monkeys, the letter I sent you using Royal Mail’s Tracking service, gets somehow lost at one of their delivery offices. So, you wrote to me using Second Class post, at a cost of £0.91, but when I write to you, I have to pay for Special Delivery, costing £9.45. This system must surely work by the addressee being told they can refuse correspondence from me without a proper record, and telling Royal Mail staff Page 3 of 5 they want to invoke that privilege. Fairly obviously, your surgery discusses my affairs with people who have no proper role in my medical affairs. I can, if you ask in writing, furnish further detail, but it seems pointless. If I do not hear from you properly, in writing, within 28 days, I will take that to mean you are not bothering yourselves with this letter. Yours sincerely T Moore |

| Sending an anonymous unsigned letter like this is clearly nasty. One is left to wonder, inter alia, who "I" is supposed to be, how many is a number of occasions, or even where The Local Authority Social Services and National Health Service Complaints (England) Regulations 2009 impose the alleged rule. |
