Dear Sirs I refer to your 11 December 2025 letter. I am sorry you think I am difficult to contact by telephone. This may well be owing to an illness for which I have hitherto been effectively denied medical treatment. I was under the impression that I had returned telephone calls and we had agreed a date and time for the operation, which your office agreed to confirm in writing. I have still not heard anything in writing from the hospital authority. Do I have to attend on the assumption that calls from anonymous 07 mobile telephone numbers are entirely truthful, and that I have not misunderstood anything? Yours faithfully T Moore
