I refer to your undated letter headed Notification of Gas Appliance and Smoke Alarm Servicing (page 3). This is an example of your harassment.
- You are entitled to access to meet your statutory obligations, and subject to you meeting my needs, most of which you created on 15 August 2007, you will have access.
- The gas heater is not functioning, so you will need to set aside half a day or so to repair it properly, and make an appointment with me.
- I need you to tell me if you do intend to repair the gas heater properly, as hitherto, you have not executed one repair to 1 Pares Land Walk properly.
- You will need my confirmation before you attend.
- You must allow me to inspect and note the names of every visitor.
- I will need to photograph your staff working on the heater, but if he or they give me a form such as the one on page 4, and you do not send an oppressive mob, I will destroy and not use any photographs.
- I am not going to take excessive photographs of your staff. The flashing lights would be an annoyance, but I do need to protect myself against false allegations of no access, which you have made, and staff misbehaviour inside my home.
- Before that, you must restore my electricity supply. You must restore the neutral connection and reduce the sensitivity of the main trip switch.
- The gas heater will not function without a reliable electricity supply.
- If you do not restore the neutral connection, the gas heater will not function at all.
- If you do not reduce the trip switch sensitivity, your "engineer" will spend much of his time walking up and down my stairs simply to turn on a switch you maliciously made over sensitive.
- I will need to know how many staff, and how many vehicles, you propose to complete this work.

- You may not do anything for which a charge is possible.
- You have damaged this flat and I cannot pay for your vandalism.

- I need to see your Claim Particulars for your Oldham County Court Claim number 7OL02721, as I need to know your stated excuse for obtaining yet another Keith Exford injunction (pages 5 and 6), and whatever else is in this or any other current litigation you may have against me.
- I notice you did not give any evidence in support of your Claim, neither did you have the courage to sign your Keith Exford Anti-Social Injunction.
- Your Keith Exford habit of obtaining needless injunctions, such as "must allow Rochdale Boroughwide Ltd employees or agents access to carry out a safety check on gas appliances on a yearly basis," obtained in Keith Exford style without notice, some ten months after the last inspection to which you admit (page 4, 6 October 2006), and with a Keith Exford style lying covering letter (page 7, dated 16 August 2007), causes me needless anxiety and distress, as Keith Exford intends.
- Your 16 August 2007 letter has a Keith Exford invitation to instruct solicitors, all of whom both you and Keith Exford are preventing from working for me.
- I need a reply to my letter of 2 September 2007 (pages 8 and 9).
As you knew from the reports you received, inter alia from Mrs. Reverend Tracey Day, my health has continued to decline. You may not incessantly return to my home excused with claims of completing work. I can no longer be available to you at all hours.
I deeply wish you would stop harassing me, in Courts and anywhere else, accept that you and Keith Exford have won your battle. I appreciate that the cause of my death may not be what you want, and you have not shortened my life by the twenty or so years you intended, but that is not my fault.
You have, however, destroyed the last six years and eight months of my life and made miserable them almost entirely miserable. If you had any decency, you would end your harassment now.
You have reduced me to stage where, although I would like to live, as I see my life falling away like dry sand between one’s fingers, I do not care much. After your Keith Exford harassment, my life has some value, but not much.
Do not pester me claiming you are trying to be helpful. That is a falsehood. People in my position want to be left alone, as I do.
I do not suppose your offer to repair the gas heater in my home is remotely sincere. “Jack Holt” (or whatever his name is) has already told me it is not. However, if “Jack” is wrong, and the offer is sincere, you will be welcome.

I refer to your anti-social behaviour summary statement and write to remind you that you have, inter alia:
- Damaged my home.
- Subjected me to verbal abuse in Rochdale, Oldham, Bury, Bolton, Ashton, Manchester, and, inter alia, Berlin and Leipzig, in English and German.
- Used violence against me.
- Racially and sexually harassed me (i.e., your harassment is so intense that you have racially and sexually abused a white middle-aged male).
- Subjected me to intentional noise nuisance.
You are currently perverting justice against me in two Courts, where you have obstructed access I would otherwise have to legal services, dissuaded the Secretary of State for Justice from processing my applications and denied me knowledge of the allegations I need to answer.
In your Claim under your own name in Oldham County Court, number 7OL02721, you have, inter alia:
- Failed to serve your Claim Particulars on me.
- Failed to serve your Claim Particulars on me after my reminders received on 20 August 2007.
- Failed to serve your Claim Particulars on me after my reminders received on 30 August 2007.
- Accused me, the obvious victim of your harassment, of harassing you.
- Obtained further litigious advantage by instructing the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions to harass me.
- Secured additional litigious advantage by instructing Royal Mail to steal my correspondence.
By the above, and many other methods of harassment, you have made the last seven years of my life increasingly unhappy and tearful. You clearly intended to shorten my life, and you have shortened my life.

You could, if you wanted, bring your harassment to an end, and, instead of rushing to Oldham County Court to ensure I am homeless when I die, allow my life to end in private and with some dignity.
This is an ASB complaint. I ask that you deal with it in the manner set out in paragraphs 4.2, 4.3 and 4.4 of your document.
Over three years after your Mr Paul Helm promised to leave me alone and allow me to live my life in peace, and although Mr Paul Helm was only obeying orders with the mimicry of disingenuously quoting me, I ask that you do now, leave me alone, and allow whatever may be left of my life, to be in peace.
Will you now leave me alone, and allow whatever may be left of my life, to be in peace?
