Were this true (I have no way of knowing) it would be an abuse of process - filing the same Claim (see injunction item 6) in a different Court because the first Court did reach make the desired decision.
With reference to the above paragraph, "
real corruption begins, not when Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council does horrid things, but when the housing authority cannot bother itself to lie about them properly
."
No evidence?

Sirs
I refer to the letter dated 27 March 2007, which you delivered by hand, on 30 March 2007. Why are you using hand delivery?
You say my 26 March 2007 letter appeared generous and reconciliatory, but that is not enough, I must be generous and reconciliatory, and for that I need you to reciprocate. Given the behaviour of the young people who "hang around" my home, around 1800 on Friday 30 March 2007, I would guess your side is yet to make a start, if it ever intends to make any.
I do appreciate it when you say kind things about me, and I thank you for saying as you did, but I need far more than words and you have demanded more than words from me. I am trying to reach agreement with you, so that I will have started to meet your demands.
You say you could not meet the time scale set out in my letter. That is a pity, but not much of a surprise. How and when are you going to meet, as far as is possible, the desperate need I outlined in my letter?
Should I survive, hopefully remaining your tenant until a routine death, I will likely need you to start acting, and securing actions from me, promptly. So can we make a start on my web site, which you want amended, and the property with the police, which I need, during the working week starting 2 April 2007?
Hitherto, I have not persuaded you to make a start. Please may we make a start in coming week, starting Monday 2 April 2007?
Yours faithfully
T Moore

Notice Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council has changed "suffers from Asperger syndrome." (below) to "may have Aspergers Syndrome" (above).
How about, "in the publication of contradictory statements by Rochdale Council legal staff, which by their nature invite people to question whether the solicitors employed by Rochdale Borough Council are so dishonest, that the murders of tenants George Crawford, Paul Cooper, Monica Coghlan and Stefan Kiszko are but the tip of an ice berg, our victim caused nuisance, annoyance and disturbance to solicitors inside Rochdale Town Hall?"
